Diagnostika podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce „Diagnostika podniku“ je hodnocení současné situace společnosti MONTGAS pomocí vybraných metod a technik diagnostiky. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na terminologii diagnostiky a vymezení metod a technik, které budou využity pro hodnocení výkonnosti podniku a jeho současné situace. Praktická část obsahuje využití vymezených metod. V závěru práce je zhodnocen stav podniku a návrh na odstranění případných zjištěných nedostatků.

The subject of this diploma thesis „The Diagnostics of a company” is an evaluation of the current situation of a company MONTGAS through the use of the selected methods and techniques of diagnostics. The theoretical part of the thesis aims to define diagnostic terminology and to describe methods and techniques,which will be used for assessment of business performance and its position. The practical part includes the use of defined methods. In a conclusion of the thesis is described the current and financial standing of a chosen company and a proposal for a removing of a possible inadequacies in company’s management.
