Technologický postup provádění stavebních prací objektu bytového domu

Abstract

In this work is decribed the construction and the technological parts of the project documentation of the apartment building for the planning licence. The apartment building will be built in the Cesky Tesin. It is the deteched house of the area 19,63 x 19,5 m. The building consists of one underground floor and three floors. In the underground floor there are cellars and the common areas. There are the flats in the floors. Six of the flats are 3+1 and two are 1+1. In the first floor there is the room for bicycles and the room for the baby-coaches. The building is bricked of the system Porotherm and it is roofed in with a double-walled flat roof with a slope 2,55%. In the technological part there is described the technological progress in implementation of foundatin structures. The next in the technological part is the budget and the shedule.
