Abstract

The main aim of bachelor thesis is to work up project documentation for an administration building and create a detail itemized budget with work schedule for this building. This building is made of prefabricated, reinforced concrete skeleton with 2x4squares. The distances between column axis are 5,8 x 7,4m and the storey height is 4m. This object was designed as a technical and administrative base for the company Intoza s. r. o. and the other purpose is to provide space and facilities needed for presentation and training courses about thermal technology and energetic demands for new buildings and reconstructions.
