Hodnocení rizik výbuchu a požárních rizik procesu zinkování

Abstract

This Bachelor Degree thesis focuses on the evaluation of the fire and explosion risks. Given the possibility of industrial accidents representing a health, wealth and environment peril, it is extremely important to take this branch seriously and therefore systematically trace those risks and analyse them in order to prevent the disasters. This thesis is divided into two parts: The theoretical one introduces several important accidents, the legislation engaged in this issue, it explains the physical and chemical traits of the substances as well as it clarifies the technical and security characteristics and last but not least it mentions the basic information about the galvanic zinc coating. The second part, the practical one, deals with the Galvan CZ s.r.o. establishment characteristics, the description of its activities and the technological electroplating procedure, it traces and identifies the possible risks and analyses them.
