Abstract

The final thesis deals with building construction and technical equipment of buildings. It consists of the text and design parts, accompanied by a part of appendices. The main part focuses on project documentary materials for realization of a new hotel with a restaturant. There are two different buildings. The hotel has got three floors and the restaurant with facilities has got one floor. In both buildings there are indoor piping and hot-air heating system. Hot water will be prepared in two ways: using a gas condensation boiler and the involvement of the solar system with collectors, which means significant savings in the production of hot and heating water. It´s an ecological and renewable source of energy.
