Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation and comparison variant of implementation the contact insulation to free – floor apartmant building. The basement is situated only in a part of the apartmant building. It is a detached building. It is situated in a quiet part of Hranice town. There are twelve flats at all. Four of these flats are for handicaped persons. The building is brick in the Porotherm system. The loft is not habitable. The building has two portals on the south – west side. The Object is connect to a public comunication in Jurikova street with pavements. The parking place for residents is a part of the building. The construction and technological parts are done in accordance with applicable standarts and laws. The technological section focuses on measures that lead to energy savings for heating and enviromental protection through reduced emissions.
