Strategické řízení v průmyslové společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the strategic management area of the company Sewing Development Czech Company s.r.o. It analyses in detail company´s internal and external risks. The aim of this thesis is to suggest a multi-year strategy based on the risk investigation of the company, enabling it to grow from the period of initial consolidation to the period of long-term growth without impairing its financial and personnel stability. The opening part of the thesis is an introduction of Sewing Development, where we become acquainted with the production program, strategy, policy, vision and administrative structure of the company. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company with an emphasis on identificating risks of economic and financial nature, personnel risks, risks of competitive environment and the state, as well as technological and manufacturing risks. Based on the separately analyzed strategic risk segments, the concept of a new strategic corporate management, the 2019 goals plan and suggestions and recommendations for improvements will be designed.
