The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional house on the village square of Butovice. The basis for the elaboration of this design is an architectural study from the academic subject Atelier Design IV and the project documentation from the subject Atelier Design Va. The thesis is divided into a text part and attached design documentation. It also includes a specialization with a focus on architecture - architectural detail. The building has the shape of a rectangle with gabled roofs, which fit well into the built-up area of the village. The whole building can be divided into three masses divided by an expansion joint. The house sets its goal as a unified building and with the help of rising gable roofs, it works perfectly in the form of the surrounding buildings.
