Abstract

The thesis deals with creation of conception of employee recruitment and selection in a selected organization. The first key part is the theoretical part, which contains definitions relaiting to recruitment and selection of employees, methods, processes, procedures and phases. The second part deals with the characteristics of selected organization and is there described organizational structure, scope of business and management. The last part is focused on analyzing the actual situation in the organization using interview and questionnaire. The interview is based on questions prepared in advance, which are then supplemented and developed in debate. Following this interview is designed questionnaire that is used to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees from their perspective. The analysis is performed using an online electronic questionnaire and personal meetings. Results are assembled and subsequently processed into graphs. In the thesis is also analyzed the selection process from the perspective of director of the company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization.
