Spokojenost zaměstnanců s interní komunikací

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out, how effectively the communication between supervisor and his subordinates work in a chosen company. The questionnaire was set as a technique for the realization of the sociological inquiry. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical side of internal communication and problems, which can lower its efficiency. The second part contains the characterization of the sociological inquiry and a chosen technique, the questionnaire. In the third part, the theoretical knowledge was applied into the practical level by analyzing data, which were gained from the inquiry, evaluation of those data and suggestions for problems, which were found. As the analysed data showed, the employees of the company are satisfied with the internal communication. Some recommendations were set for problems, which were found. Those recommendations should lessen the problems and make an achievement of goals easier.
