Abstract

Bachelor thesis Czech Central Highlands - Mining's theme is of European importance in this area as a unique type of landscape, whose term would seek in vain in the Czech Republic and surrounding countries of Central Europe. It describes the geological structure, origin and development of starohor until today. Describes this area as an important protected area with the occurrence of various plant and animal species and their communities. Another part is dedicated to the Czech Central Mountains as a major mining area with high incidence and the potential to phonolite for its extraction and subsequent use in industry.
