Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of protection of the population in terms of technical means of warning and notification systems. It defines concepts related to early warning through final elements of warning. Also, it describes development and technical parameters of sirens. It also analyzes the current state of warning and notification system in the area of Stare Hamry. Part of this work also focuses on assessment of situation, and finally the proposal on innovative measures.
