Abstract

KOŠEK, Vratislav. Fire Safety of Coal Feeding Systems. Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, 2017, 38 p. The subject of the work is to evaluate the fire safety of coal feeding systems supply coal plants. The introduction briefly describes the production of electrical energy and the individual parts of the system handling. There are also analyzed the possible causes of fire and explosion. They evaluate the performance requirements for buildings in terms of economic risk. Subsequently described coaling equipment space systems, fire safety devices. In conclusion, we evaluated the sufficiency of coal handling equipment space with regard to fire safety.
