Unbundling – zákaznický informační systém a ekonomický systém

Abstract

Master's thesis is focused on the issue of transforming the data from the customer information system in the economic system of distribution companies in the legal unbundling of two separate legal entities. The aim of this work is to analyze the existing system of transformation of data between information systems of the financial perspective, in close relation to the requirements of internal and external controls that are implemented in the energy companies. The proposed recommendations improve the process of preventive controls, which have a direct link to the flawless communication between information systems.
