Oceňování nemovitého majetku pro asset management

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Oceňování nemovitého majetku pro asset management provádí čtenáře tématem oceňování nemovitostí v rámci životního cyklu budovy. Ukazuje přístup k oceňování nemovitého majetku od vzniku myšlenky na investici do ukončení výstavby až po oceňování již hotových staveb. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou výpočty a postupy, které představují vhled do praxe oceňování v reálných situacích.

The thesis is called Real estate valuations for asset management. It brings the theme of real estate valuation durig the phases of the life cycle of the building. The thesis shows the methods of valuation from the begining of ideas about the investment through the construction up to valuation of finished buidings. Parts of the thesis are caltulations and procedures, which give insight into real estate valuation in real situations.
