Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a standalone family house and the creation of project documentation for the construction. The building is designed on plot No. 3925/6 in the cadastral area of Těrlicko, according to the valid decree No. 499/2006, on documentation of buildings. The basis for preparing the bachelor's thesis is the territory analysis, which was prepared in the Studio Design I course, and the architectural study created in the Studio Design V course. This study was subsequently extended and modified for the subsequent preparation of the design documentation for the construction implementation. The Bachelor's thesis includes the design documentation of the building and a text section with a summary and technical report related to the object and the plot. The annexes contain drawings of the object and architectural design utilising views, visualisations and details. The specialisation of the bachelor thesis is architecture.
