Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis Employee Satisfaction Measurement with Transportation to Work is the assessment of the current status of employee transportation to work. The first part introduces the company IVAX Pharmaceuticals s. r. o. The second part sums up the theory of personnel marketing. The third part describes the methodology of data collection and subsequent analysis of the options for transportation to work. Based on the performed marketing analysis the suggestions for the improvement of employee satisfaction are presented.
