Motivace zaměstnanců firmy zpracovávající nerostné suroviny

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the employee motivation company “Obalovna”. " Employee motivation will be based on the questionnaire with the standardized interview, with two kinds of questions. The questionnaire consists identification questions of the target group, basic data will be collected from the respondents and questions about employee motivation company “Obalovna”. All data will be processed and recorded in tables and graphs with short comments. The Questionnaire survey will be determine what benefits are the most motivated for the employee, it is not always the salary for which the employee remain in the company, it is also a working environment, a good team and their understanding boss. The results of the questionnaire will propose measures, which should help to improve the motivation of employees in the company „Obalovna“.
