Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of rapid voltage changes and flicker. In the begining of this thesis there is described the theory of Electromagnetic Compatibility. The next chapter describes the theory of rapid voltage changes and flicker just like their origin and the instruments for their limiting. Under the technical possibilities of measurement of rapid voltage changes and flicker there are two devices presented in this thesis from different producer which are commonly used in ČEZ company. One of these devices was used in the practical part of the thesis, which deals with the two measurements in the village Štíty and the measurements run parallel on the high and low voltage level. These measurements were induced by customer, who asks increase of power supply. For the purposes of analysis and evaluation of measured data were used only selected data.
