The content of this bachelor's thesis is the design and processing of project documentation for the construction of a family house for a family of four, the solution of internal sewerage, internal water supply and internal gas pipeline, including utilities. The design of the family house consists in the suitable location of the building on the plot of Hrčířská street in Hlučín and in the design of the functional layout of the internal rooms of the house, as well as in the selection of an adequate construction solution and applied materials. The location of the building takes into account the connection to the city center and compliance with the street line. The construction of a family house is designed as a two-storey building with an entrance from the street.

An architectural study from the subject Atelier Design I., prepared in the academic year 2016/2017, and the documentation for the building permit prepared in the subject Atelier Design Va., were used as a basis for the design of the family house in the academic year 2021/2022.

The work is composed of two parts - text and drawing documentation supplemented by a part of technical equipment of building. Drawing documentation is processed on the basis of the bachelor's thesis assignment. The text documentation includes an accompanying and summary technical report. The documentation is prepared according to valid technical standards and decrees.
