Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the partial documentation for the notification of construction or for the issuance of a building permit according to Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. and according to Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., to a reasonable extent. The documentation regard to the new construction of a family house on a plot of land with parcel numbers 3925/6, 3925/7 of the cadastral area of Horní Těrlicko in the village of Těrlicko. The basis for the elaboration of the bachelor's thesis is the architectural study from the subject Design Studio I, in the academic year 2021/2022 under the supervision of Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. This study was later amended and elaborated in more detail in the subject Design Studio V, in the academic year 2022/2023, under the supervision of Ing. architect Jiří Hořínek. The elaborate of the project documentation of the construction part took place through consultations with Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a two-story family house without a basement with a garage in the village of Těrlicko. The work is divided into the textual part of the project documentation and the drawing documentation within the extent of the assignment of the bachelor's thesis.
