Abstract

This thesis focuses on conducting a strategic analysis of the company MOJE AMBULANCE a.s. Currently, the company is a leader in the field of primary outpatient care in the Czech Republic. It strives to expand its network of clinics, digitize its services, implement modern technologies and telemedicine, and ensure maximum patient satisfaction and comfort. The vision of MOJE AMBULANCE is to become the strongest network of general practitioners for adults in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the concept of strategic management and the applied methodology. The subsequent analytical part introduces and analyzes the company MOJE AMBULANCE a.s. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate specific strategic proposals that could strengthen the market position of MOJE AMBULANCE a.s.
