Abstract

This thesis deals with the constructional plan of a device for cyclic fatigue testing of magnetic foil on a rehabilitation cube. The test facility consists of components provided by Festo. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the tested rehabilitation cube and the principles of fatigue tests. Furthermore, this section provides selection and description of electro-pneumatic components, design and following testing of an electro-pneumatic circuit in the simulation environment FluidSim, creating a program for a programmable logic controller, and finally, assembling the device and practical verification of the designed circuit.
