Vliv indukčního zušlechtění na mechanické vlastnosti oceli

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the effect of induction hardening on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 26MnB5 steel. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of heat treatment and the basics of induction heating of steel. In the experimental part, 26MnB5 steel and its use in the automotive industry are characterized. Subsequently, an analysis of the mechanical properties and microstructure of the ends of the 26MnB5 steel pipes is carried out according to various parameters of the production settings, and based on these analyses, the design of the optimal gap between the ends of the pipes is processed
