Systém pátrání po osobách u Policie České republiky

Abstract

Tato práce má za úkol vyjádřit obecnou charakteristiku pátrání po osobách a nastínit průběh jejího provádění, včetně popsání úkolů jednotlivých složek. Práce seznamuje se spoluprácí se státní správou a samosprávou, resp. jinými státními orgány, zejména státním zastupitelstvím a soudy. Cílem této bakalářské práce, je postihnout přínosy a nedostatky v oblasti pátrání po osobách v rámci působnosti Policie České republiky a ostatních institucí, které přímo či okrajově zasahují do této problematiky. V závěru se zabývám řešením systémových nedostatků a s tím souvisejících problémů, které tyto nedostatky přinášejí.

The task of this dissertation is to experss the general characteristic of investigation for persons and outline the course of its implementation, including a description of the tasks of state organs. It introduces the cooperation with state and local governments, respectively other state authorities, particularly prosecutors and courts. The aim of this thesis is to represent the benefits and dficiencies in the search for persons within the scope of Police of the Czech Republic and other institutions which are directly or marignally interloped in this matter. In the end I deal with solution of systemic deficienceis and related problems, which bring these shortcomings.
