Měření spokojenosti občanů s kulturním životem ve městě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with citizen’s satisfaction with cultural life in a city. About the city of Opava and it’s cultural life. The marketing survey was based on public inquiry. Objective of this work was to find out how satisfied are our citizens with cultural life in the city, with specific institutions and cultural events. Based on discovered lack of cultural life of the city I recommended solutions, which should improve the situation.
