Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis on the theme "Employee Education and Development System in a Chosen Organization" is focused on the analysis of the training process and people development in XY s.r.o. organization. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is based on the analysis to evaluate the collected information and recommend some proposals to improve training process and people development in the organization. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first deals with the theoretical description of the training and development of employees. The second part describes the organization. The third part, practical, is focused on the characteristics of the existing system of education and development in the selected organization XY, s.r.o. The last chapter is dedicated to proposals and recommendations that emerged from the analysis of the practical part.
