Abstract

The theme of the thesis is the preparation of the tender according to Act No. 137/2006 Coll. public procurement for the construction of a residential building in the village of Svetla Hora. The thesis is focused on the completeness and correctness of the specifications, business conditions and other documents necessary for the selection of the best bid. Part of the thesis are also necessary attachments for the award of a public contract. This is a project documentation for the construction of a residential building in the village of Svetla Hora with six residential units. Another necessary attachment is the bill of quantities for the construction of a residential building, whose content must be in range of project documentation. Number of pages thesis is the 62 and 4 attachments.
