The subject of this master´s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a multifunctional building located in Darkovičky. The project documentation is prepared at the level required for construction execution, in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on Building Documentation [10]. The master´s thesis includes a technical report, drawing documentation, thermal-technical assessment of external structures in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [28], an energy performance certificate of the building envelope in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [28], and a structural analysis of one selected structural element based on the overal structural design of the building in accordance with ČSN EN 1990 [25], ČSN EN 1991-1-1 [22], and ČSN EN 1992-1-1 [23].
The multifunctional building is a non-basement structure with three above-ground storeys. The building is founded on prefabricated reinforced concrete footings with prefabricated foundation beams. The main load-bearing structure consist of a prefabricated reinforced concrete transverse frame supplemented with longitudinal bracing elements within the floor structure. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The multifunctional building is intended to serve as permanent housing, retail premises, office spaces, technical service facilities, and community areas.
