DETERMINING THE VALUE OF THE EQUESTRIAN CLUB

This graduation thesis deals with the topic which has become greatly significant recently; it is determination of value. Value of an establishment is an important factor, not only in acquisitions, mergers, franchises and other forms of merging of enterprises but in getting of credits or financial support as well. In this thesis, I focus on determining of the value of an equestrian club.
As a whole, the graduation thesis is divided into five chapters. The Introduction outlines the main objectives of this thesis and overall composition of particular chapters. In the following, you will find a statement of activities of the Equestrian Club Opava-Kateřinky the value of which has been determined.
Chapter Two includes theoretical and methodological data for the determination of the establishment value which is further extended with indicators of a financial analysis of the establishment and methods used for analysis of the establishment background. The methods mentioned in the theoretical and methodological part are then used in the application part which represents the third part of the thesis. Chapters Two and Three are divided into subsections, according to the areas which they pertain to. Thus it is a subsection macro-environment, meso-environment, internal environment of the establishment and a subsection dealing with determination of the establishment value. Chapter Four of the graduation thesis deals with proposals and recommendations which are based on the results of the application part.
The last chapter of the graduation thesis is the conclusion which contains an overall summary of results and knowledge resulting from this thesis.
