Návrh franchisového modelu pro sociální podnik

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a franchise model for a social enterprise operating in the field of gastronomy and trade in a small town in the Opava region. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces basic concepts from the field of social entrepreneurship, franchising, and the possibilities of economic analysis of the enterprise. The practical part of the thesis presents the enterprise itself, various types of analyses are performed, and a franchise model is proposed based on the information obtained. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the proposal and recommendations.
