Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of project documentation for a building with a focus on reducing energy intensity. Diploma thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the division of buildings with low energy intensity, analysis of the current state and the proposal of measures to reduce energy intensity for a selected family house. Thesis further describes the basic legislative framework for the operation of solar power plants, their connection to the distribution system, the basic requirements for the protection of these devices from lightning and overvoltage and the analysis of subsidy opportunities for photovoltaic systems. Thesis then deals with the creation of a photovoltaic system design in the professional program PV SOL and the description of individual components. The fifth chapter of the diploma thesis is focused on the creation of project documentation for the proposed photovoltaic system. The last part of this work describes the energy and economic comparison and evaluation of the proposed photovoltaic system and all proposed measures for a selected family house.
