Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the compilation of a business plan. The theoretical and methodological part of the bachelor's thesis defines the basic concepts of business, legal choice of business, structure and methodology of the business plan. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compile a business plan for custom saddlery. The main product is personalized halters for horses. The practical part characterizes the product, owner and analyzes the market as well as customers, competitors, suppliers. The next part presents the marketing plan and then creates optimistic, realistic and pessimistic variants of the financial plan. Finally, a risk analysis is performed. The results and observations can be beneficial not only for saddlers, but also for beginning businessmans.
