The scope of this bachelor's thesis is to design dimensions and do static assessment of reinforced concrete construction of atypical family house. Basically, the project is focused on sub-floor, which has a complex shape due to architecural reasons. This work also deals with beams which are connected monolithically to sub-floor together. Analysis of the slab is executed by using computational FEM software, while internal forces of beams are determined manually accordance with equations of equilibrium. The task of the proper construction design is to apply the appropriate amount of reinforcement while respecting all of the construction principles. Subsequently, the constructions are considered for ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. A part of this project is also a design ducumentation.
