Abstract

The subject of diploma thesis is the proposal for effective employee training program. Theoretical part clarifies basic terms and methods of education. Practical part contains analysis of current training program focused on employee’s job and the outputs of SLA reports. The results of the analysis were reflected in the design of the proposal of new effective training program using modern technologies and procedures. Internal communication tools, knowledge base and processes have been introduced. Breached SLA targets have been decreased after the implementation of training program.
