dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investice do nové kogenerační jednotky ve společnosti TEPLO BRUNTÁL a. s. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska investice a charakteristiku společnosti. V další části je popsán investiční záměr a dále následuje zhodnocení dané investice pomocí metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky a posouzení, zda je vhodné hodnocenou investici přijmout.cs
dc.description.abstractThe main aim of the bachelor‘s thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of the investment in the new cogeneration unit in the joint-stock company TEPLO BRUNTÁL. The introductory part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of the investments and the characteristics of the company. The next part describes the investment plan. The investment is then evaluated by using the methods of investment efficiency evaluation. The final part of the thesis summarizes the results with a statement whether it is appropriate to accept the investment.en
