Návrh portfolia začínajícího drobného investora

Abstract

Investment is no longer just a matter of professionals with high starting capital. Especially in recent years, a number of beginning small investors have been involved in investment activities who, despite their lack of experience, can choose a simple but effective investment plan. The thesis looks at investing through the eyes of a beginning Czech small investor who is looking for a suitable investment portfolio. The first part of the thesis explains the theoretical approaches to investing itself, and there are also selected those instruments that are part of the proposed portfolio. In the second part, these instruments are further characterized. In the last part, four versions of portfolios are compiled on the basis of historical performance and the investor's approach to risk. Three of these portfolios are suitable for the beginning investor. The fourth proposed portfolio is purely speculative.
