Registr chemických látek/směsí podniku a školení BOZP zaměřené na nakládání s chemickými látkami/směsmi

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na inventarizaci chemických látek a směsí ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část shrnuje evropskou legislativu, zejména požadavky nařízení CLP a REACH a povinnosti následného uživatele. Zároveň popisuje i národní legislativu, přičemž značná pozornost je věnována požadavkům na školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) a systému pracovnělékařských prohlídek se zaměřením na chemické látky. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou úseků. V prvním z nich je představen podnik zabývající se výrobou tepelné techniky, pro který byl na základě fyzické inventury vytvořen aktuální registr chemických látek a směsí. Ve druhém úseku je následně zpracován stěžejní výstup práce, jímž je návrh specifického školení BOZP pro zaměstnance na konkrétní výrobní hale.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the inventory of chemical substances and mixtures in a selected company. The theoretical part summarizes European legislation, with an emphasis on the requirements of the CLP and REACH regulations, as well as the obligations of downstream users. It also addresses national legislation, paying particular attention to occupational health and safety (OHS) training requirements and the system of occupational medical examinations in relation to chemical substances. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first section introduces the selected company engaged in the manufacture of heating technology, for which an up-to-date register of chemical substances and mixtures was developed based on a physical inventory. The second section presents the main outcome of the thesis, namely a proposal for specific OHS training for employees working in a selected production hall.
