Přehled aktuálních metod vizualizace a publikování prostorových dat v epidemiologii

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes spatial data in epidemiology in the terms of their visualization and publication. This work was compiled based on literature review of used methods. The aim of this thesis is to create two reports related to methods of visualization and publication of spatial data in epidemiology. Those methods are reviewed in the terms of their using in the Czech Republic and in the rest of the world. This thesis shows the ways of visualizing and publicizing of spatial data in the field of epidemiology.
