Objasňování příčin a okolností vzniku pracovních úrazů dle nové legislativy

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with defined obligations in case of occurrence of work injuries. In reaction to the current character of an occupational environment and state of legal regulations it refers to the essential changes in obligations of employers and other persons. A categorization of workplaces to basic types is performed, for which the regulations define different requirements. Procedures in the course of fulfilling the obligations after an occurrence of work injury are defined for the individual types of workplaces and they are subsequently verified in specific cases.
