Rizikové faktory při těžební činnosti v oblasti nově schválených územně ekologických limitů

Abstract

The dissertation deals with risk factors in mining activities in newly approved territorial ecological limits. The introductory chapter describes the EU legislation in connection with the process of permitting mining activities, respectively the legislation of the Czech Republic and bordering countries. As this is a large area, the dissertation focuses on the defined site of the Bílina Mine, owned by Severočeské doly a.s. and the boundary of the TEL – the area of the Svoboda dump, Červený hill and the sludge bed Venuše. Other chapters describe the mining-technical and geological characteristics of the area of interest, the mining plan for the years 2020–2035 and possible risk factors that limit or exclude economically viable and safe mining activities in the coming years. By collecting and evaluating the available data, Severočeské doly a.s. must respond to this fact in advance with measures that eliminate the possible risks.
