Nástroj pro hodnocení agilních procesů

Abstract

This thesis presents the design, implementation, and testing of a tool for the systematic evaluation of agile development, with a focus on the SCRUM framework. An initial analysis of existing tools revealed limitations in objectivity, evaluation depth, and support for formal assessment, which motivated the development of a new solution. As part of this effort, the Unified Process Metamodel was adapted to the UPMM~2.0 version and a formal model of SCRUM was created to serve as a reference for evaluation. The implemented tool enables data collection, automated compliance assessment with this model, and identification of weaknesses in the application of the SCRUM framework. The thesis also compares the developed tool with existing solutions and outlines possibilities for its future development.
