BIM v teorii a praxi

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je nový způsob přípravy a realizace staveb nazvaný BIM (Building Information Modeling). V této práci se nachází teoretické základy BIM a praktický příklad využití BIM. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část obsahuje studii a dokumentaci pro stavební povolení k novostavbě rodinného domu. V druhé části se nachází vysvětlení pojmu BIM, jeho výhody a nevýhody, implementace v České republice a zahraniční zkušenost využití BIM v praxi. Ve třetí části je zobrazena digitální podoba BIM – modelu stejné novostavby rodinného domu.

Subject of the bachelor thesis is a new method of building preparation and construction called BIM (Building Information Modeling). In this thesis there are the theoretical basics of BIM and a practical example of use of BIM. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains a study and building permit documentation for new family house. In the second part there is the explanation of the term BIM, its pros and cons, implementation in the Czech Republic and foreign experience of BIM in use. The third part contains the digital BIM model of the same new family house.
