Abstract
The main target of this graduation theses is demand forecast as the instrument of inventory optimization in the firm UNIS COOL, Ltd., which makes cooling equipment, gastronomical equipment and stainless steel furniture.
The theoretical part contains introduction of the firm, basic ideas of logistic and theory of demand forecast. The practical part contains demand forecast of two key products and draft of measures leading to the better inventory optimization.
