Abstract
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to analyze the competitive conduct of the Dendera, Inc. company at the machine-industries market within the South-Moravia Region. The first part describes the history, the division of the machine-industries market and the profile of the company Dendera, Inc. The following part of this paper deals with the theory of this issue – with the identification of the competition, the limitation of its aims, its weaknesses and strengths etc. I have collected the primary data as well as the secondary ones for my analysis. In the last part of my paper there is the characteristics of the competitive companies, which are organized not according to their basic information, but also according to the services they offer, the facilities of the machinery and other advantages of the companies.
At the end of the paper, there are suggested some ideas, based on my analysis, that the Dendera, Inc. company could use for implementation.
