Abstract

In this work I dealt with creation of employment issues. The goal is to give entily and transparent proceeding employment creation between an employer and an employee. In the first part I characterised a labour law and its sources, as well as labour-law relations and participants. In next part I dealt with duties efore employment creation. In the follow part I devote employment creation and entiry duties associated with that. I also mentioned ways of employment creation. In next part I focused on employment contract and krepiny formal statutory duties. There are also included the most frequent breaks that appear during employment creation in labour contracts. In conclusion I summarized proceeding during employment creation, evaluated differences in old and new legal form of labour code.
