Abstract

This thesis deals with the check lists problems. It proposes general methodology of check lists’ formation applicable in safety field. Part of the methodology is the arrangement proposal which places emphasis on integral (complex) safety conception. In the introductory section, the attention is focused on the society security, the formulation of risk which is necessary to lead and to decrease to acceptable level and also on the needs of analyses to find out risks and safety status. In the following part the integral safety is analysed. There are also limited separate safety areas and pointed out the importance of integral conception. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to check lists problems, respectively their usage, creation and evaluation. The methodology of check lists formation is described in the conclusion. Consequently, the created methodology is applied to a concrete example in practice.
