Abstract
In the attached document is a review of drilling equipment used in the prevention of breakdowns in the oil industry. An explanation of the causes of failures, how to prevent breakdowns and a general set of procedures to deal with the breakdown suffered.
There are diffrent procedures for each situation , to deal with the individual breakdown/failure. The driller also has well kill procedures, these are also attached. Also in the document are the procedures for fishing. All procedures are supported by photos.
