Abstract
This work is focused on municipal housing policy. The work is divided into 3 parts, the first of which deals with housing policy instruments in the Czech Republic after the historic site, according to subject agencies housing consequently and after according to the instruments of support housing. The second part reveals detailed issues of municipal housing policy Jindřichov in compliance with budget composition, the price of rental housing, property taxes for the citizens of Jindřichov. In the last part of work is devoted to the evaluation questionnaire of questions which people from Jindřichov answered.
