Abstract

The topic of this master thesis is the development of project documentation in the stage for the construction of a guesthouse in Dolní Lhota, according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., which amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on the documentation of buildings as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. and according to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., amendment No. 225/2017 Coll., the Building Act as amended. The diploma thesis is divided into text and drawing parts.

The new guesthouse in Dolní Lhota is not underground. It has two storeys and is roofed with a combination of a gable and hipped roof. The attic is not inhabited. The building will be used for short-term stay of persons for the purpose of recreation and rest. There are several types of rooms, a wellness centre, a restaurant and a brasserie. The whole building is designed with YTONG system and is based on concrete strip foundation.

This master thesis includes the mentioned project documentation in the stage for the execution of the construction, a study of the building, a simplified static calculation of selected load-bearing structures, a thermal technical assessment of the structures, an energy label of the building envelope prepared according to ČSN 73 0540– and a calculation of the staircase.
